Should you wish us to we cooperate with you to arrange a viewing trip for the clients whereby clients are given all
the viewings they require and at no time are they pressurised.

undertake all pre-arranged viewings at a comfortable and relaxed pace
with someone on hand to answer the client’s questions in their own
language with every part of the purchasing process being explained to them
We are also able to provide a full
service to clients including their airport transfers and hotel
accommodation and any sightseeing they may wish to do to get to know
their new location better.
When a client has made a decision to buy we can then carry out all the various checks on the
land and building permissions for them, before the contracts are signed,
and we can then keep the clients informed of all progress.
Once the sale is completed, we provide all the services the
client requires in order to make their move successful and stress-free.
All we ask is:-
1) that you
provide us the details of at least 1 property you have for sale and register
for free membership.
2) allow us to fairly compete by not selling the properties cheaper than we can
3) Look at our normal terms and conditions
4) Offer us a fair commission for every successful sale or an agreed price per lead

run your business as we do with integrity and honesty as core values and
endeavour to ensure that all clients are given a high quality service.
6) Assist the clients after purchase with connections, furniture buying, first
food shopping trips etc if they actually wish to use the property. (simply
appreciate that this is a very different country for them.
