Procedure for Application of Citizenship.

1. Identify potential Client. Can conditions be met?

2. Documents required. All documents to be collected and sent for pre approval.

3. Pre approval confirmed.

4. Property to be chosen. Short list for viewing. Immediate 10 per cent deposit to Solicitor to secure the chosen product.

5. Transfer of balance of funds to Solicitors account for application and purchase.
 
( Condition is for the full amount to be in place for receipt to accompany application.}

5. Visit Cyprus minimum three days. Either prior to application to chose product or after application and choice for signatures.

6. Completion of application and contract of sale and receipt of payment to be sent to minister for approval.

7. Personal bank account to be opened in anticipation of approval. One of the conditions is to transfer 150,000EUR to an account in Cyprus as a personal running total of funds for use in Cyprus.

8. Return home.

9. Ideally within 60 days approval of Citizenship.

10. On receipt of the approval the contract of sale will be deposited to land registry for completion of purchase and monies paid to vendor or Developer by your Solicitor.

11. You are the legal owner of a real estate project and a European passport.
