• Free account holders also have the opportunity to increase their chances of sales by still not paying us any upfront fees but joining the vendors that offer us a commission to send them clients who purchase a property. This risk-free account however should not be relied upon to create serious sales as it relies on living in the hope that the right client just happens to see the right agent’s one site out of thousands. Up to 3 listings added by risk-free account holders will be included on at least one of our sites and, where possible, we will also feed free listings to additional publisher partners who will accept them but what most people don’t know about Free listings (even with commission) is that
  
  * Free and Risk-free listings are only published to a small set of sites, meaning you’re missing out on many potential buyers.
  * Free and Risk-free listings are shown last, which means your properties may only be found if there are no others to see in the area.
  * If people do find your listings, then they’ll be shown in the smallest format for a site – not the best way to showcase them!
  * We spend heavily to drive traffic to the properties of our paying members – we do not do this for free or Free or risk-free account listings.
  * There are loads of great advertising options for paying members and you’ll miss out on these with a free or risk free account giving your competitors an advantage.
  * Free and risk-free account holders are not invited to our networking events

Should you still wish to open a risk-free account with us though you can do this by contacting us and simply agreeing to our terms and conditions and a commission and sending us up to 3 listings  but we offer and sell much more to and for our real life members.  So, why pay to join?

Simply put!  Investors take paying members more seriously and do business with them !

Although we are willing to market up to 3 of your properties at our risk and discretion you can upgrade your agreement with us and t choose how many listings you want to be added. Then you can add up to 10, 50, 250 or 1000 listings at any time.

We don’t tie you in with long term contracts, so you can cancel your membership at any time and switch between memberships models if one is not working for you, even fall back to a free account if you have no budget for a while. Also, risk free is great, but you do get what you pay for as our risk free listings are only published to a small set of sites, meaning you’re missing out on many potential buyers.  Included in the membership fee each paying member is allocated an account Executive who uses their expert Real estate sales and marketing knowledge to undertake the following Global sales and marketing and coordinate the member’s actions with us to sell properties and promote their company to Investors as well as all the incredible benefits on our Benefits page .
